Refund Policy - the basics

At Lift Media, we take pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality creative solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Our work is largely custom in nature—crafted specifically for each project brief. Because of this, refunds are handled with care, fairness, and transparency.

This Refund Policy outlines how and when a refund may be requested, assessed, and processed. While we strive for complete client satisfaction, we recognize that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested, and we aim to address these with professionalism and integrity.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation terms include the following provisions:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for services that have not been completed or delivered.

  • If the client cancels a project before work begins, a full refund of the advance may be issued.

  • If work has already started, any refund will be calculated proportionally based on the completed work and expenses incurred.

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed services, approved work, or final deliveries.

     

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits and advance payments made for scheduling or reserving resources are non-refundable, unless Lift Media cancels the engagement from our side.

  • Digital assets, intellectual property, and creative content already delivered or accessed cannot be returned or refunded.

     

3. Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official communication channels (email or contract portal).

  • Lift Media reserves the right to deduct administrative or processing fees, where applicable.

     

4. Timeline for Refunds

  • Refunds, when approved, are processed within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Clients will be notified via email regarding the refund status and expected timeline.

     

5. Quality Concerns

  • If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, please reach out to us at [insert email address] within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

  • Lift Media is committed to providing revisions or adjustments when reasonably requested.

     

6. Custom Projects Clause
As our services (CGI, branding, visual design, web, etc.) are uniquely tailored to each project, refunds are subject to a case-by-case review. We encourage open communication and mutual respect throughout the process to avoid any disputes.
